Hannah Montana actor, Mitchel Musso was charged with theft. 

Former Disney actor, Mitchel Musso who starred as Oliver Oken on Hannah Montana was arrested on Saturday in Texas on charges of theft and intoxication after allegedly stealing a bag of chips. \

He was released a day after a $1,000 bond.

The police were called to a hotel where Musso took a bag of chips and did not pay for it, when he was asked to pay, the former actor refused to pay and allegedly became verbally abusive.

Musso was also charged with expired car registration, failure to display a driving license, and violating a “promise to appear” notice.

He was taken to the Rockwall County Detention Center and spent one night in jail.

This is not the first time the 32-year-old was arrested, as he was previously arrested for driving under the influence in Burbank, California, in 2011.

Mitchel was sentenced to 36 months of informal probation, fined, and required to attend alcohol education classes.
