American actress and Marvel Avengers star Scarlett Johansson took the internet by storm after appearing on SNL’s (Saturday Night Live) recent episode in a skit mocking Katie Britt.
The skit was in response to Katie’s overly dramatic State of the Union response on Thursday with Scarlett Johansson making a surprise appearance on SNL in an impersonation of the United States Senator making her trending on X (formerly known as Twitter) as American users went wild on the platform as people also referred to her as “ScarJo” which was also trending.

Scarlet appeared to be in a spotless kitchen setting with an overly saturated color palette as she said, “Good evening America, my name is Katie Britt, and I have the honor of serving the people of the great state of Alabama. But tonight, I’ll be auditioning for the part of scary mom”.
She added, “I’ll be performing an original monologue called ‘This country is hell.’ You see, I’m not just a senator. I’m a wife, a mother, and the craziest bitch in the Target parking lot”. Adding to the mockery, the video appeared to have the CNN logo on the bottom right making it look “legit” because the news outlet covered the State of the Union on Thursday.

Scarlet Johansson as Britt went on to say “First and foremost, I’m a mom, and like any mom, I’m going to do a pivot out of nowhere into a shockingly violent story about sex trafficking. Rest assured, every detail about it is real except the year, where it took place, and who was president when it happened”.
As you can see in the picture above from CNN, the resemblance is uncanny and hilarious making it one hell of an SNL skit. The skit considered every nook and cranny, From the kitchen and furniture to the cross necklace and the green shirt!
