It was learned that his pregnant wife, Samar Dadgar, was also coming to attend his concert, but Özcan Deniz had to cancel her flight ticket due to lack of permission from her doctor at the last minute, so she couldn’t make it to Cyprus and she stayed in Istanbul.

Who is Özcan Deniz?

He was born in Ankara on May 19, 1972 and lived in Ankara until he was five years old. Originally he is from Ağrı and of Kurdish origin. Deniz spent his childhood and early youth in Aydın after his family immigrated to Aydın in 1977.

During his education, Özcan Deniz adapted the short stories he wrote into plays and toured the surrounding regions with the small amateur theater group he founded with his friends. During these years, he also discovered his predisposition to music.
