Hazal Kaya sparks outrage after supporting Amy Schumer’s words about Hamas “these murders”
Turkish actress Hazal Kaya, 33, has sparked outrage on social media after she engaged with American comedian and actress Amy Schumer’s post that supports Israel.
Amy Schumer’s post
On Instagram, Amy Schumer reposted Israeli-American talent manager and writer Guy Oseary’s words.
He wrote: “Over 200 Israelis have been murdered this morning. The terrorist organization Hamas said: “If you have a gun, get it out. This is the time to use it – get out with trucks, cars, axes, today the best and most honorable history starts”
This is horrific.. these murders are being celebrated in Iran..
Noa in this video was at a music festival when she and others were shot at and kidnapped.. many women, children and elderly are being taken from their homes and kidnapped.
I have always prayed for peace. ALWAYS. I have always spoken up for my Jewish community and have also spoken up for my Arab brothers and sisters. I have no words today. Only heartbreak. Only tears.”
Then Amy added: “Jewish people are the only group not allowed to defend themselves
This has nothing to do with the occupation
Hamas don’t want end to occupation
They want to eradicate Israel
They’re funded by Iran, who are trying to destroy the peace deal.”
Hazal Kaya likes Amy Schumer’s post
Turkish actress Hazal Kaya’s name was caught among those who liked Amy Schumer’s post, and it caused a sensation on social media.
Social media users couldn’t find any explanation to Kaya’s “like” except that she approves what Amy wrote on Instagram against Palestinians.
A large number of followers called out to unfollow the Turkish artist on social media and boycott her shows due to her solidarity with the Israeli occupation against Palestinians, and for forgetting their massacres against Palestinian children, women and the elderly in Palestine.
Later on, Hazal Kaya “unliked” Amy’s post as a result of the heavy criticism she’s received from the audience.
