What are Kerem Bürsin views of the war against Palestine?
Since October 7, 2023, the entire world has been watching the Palestinian-Israeli war launched this time by Hamas Organization under the name ‘Al-Aqsa Flood’ as a result of more than 7 decades of oppression and colonization.
And during the current Palestinian-Israeli conflict, several Arab and and international stars have voiced their solidarity to Palestine, however, Turkish and Arab fans are still waiting for their favorite Turkish stars to speak up and lend their voices to Palestinians as usually do.
So far, and after a thorough research, Turkey’s A-listers are keeping their silence amid the deadly war announced against Palestine, and Turkish actor Kerem Bürsin is one of them.

Fans of Turkish actor Kerem Bürsin started circulating an old interview of him while criticizing western media for broadcasting biased coverage of the previous war.
Kerem said: “The events of Israel and Palestine were not used by anyone there. I mean, I don’t know when was the last time they detonated a bomb. And the news came out like this: Hundreds of Palestinians died and probably seven Israelis. All the news in America talked about Israel, but no one talked about Palestine.”

Also in the same Sheikh Jarrah conflicts two years ago, Kerem Bürsin responded to an Israeli fan’s tweet when he told the star “you hate me.”
Israeli fan Orly Tagania wrote: “I am disappointed and hurt that you hate me. I admired and loved you. Thank you for making me open my eyes and see that there is still hatred and anti-Semitism. It is a great disappointment for the public who loves you here in Israel.”
In return, Bürsin replied: “I absolutely don’t hate you! This isn’t it about picking sides or anything like that…it’s a deep conversation and unfortunately a lot of political bs…I can’t and would never hate anyone because of where they are from! Please know this and remember it.”
