Salman Khan receives new death threat from Lawrence Bishnoi gang
The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has issued a fresh threat to Salman Khan, demanding Rs 50 crore or face a fate worse than Baba Siddique.
Days after the shooting of former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique, Salman Khan received a new death threat in the form of a letter from the Mumbai Traffic Police Station demanding Rs 50 crore to settle his dispute with Lawrence Bishnoi.
The letter reads: “If Salman Khan wants to remain alive and stop his conflict with Lawrence Bishnoi, he must pay Rs 5 crore. Don’t take this lightly; else, Salman Khan’s position would be worse than Baba Siddique.
After receiving the letter, Mumbai Police initiated an inquiry into the situation.
The assassination of the Indian National Congress leader, a close friend of Salman Khan, occurred a few days ago on October 12 outside the office of his son, Member of the Legislative Assembly Zeeshan Siddique, in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra area, where police have arrested four people.
Shubham Lonkar, the accused principal conspirator, took to social media to say that Lawrence Bishnoi’s group was responsible for Siddique’s murder.
Salman has received multiple threats from the Bishnoi gang in recent months, and Baba Siddique’s murder occurred months after gunmen fired five bullets outside the actor’s Bandra home on April 14.
The dispute between Bishnoi and Khan began in 1998 when Salman snatched two blackbucks. Despite the fact that the case went to court, Lawrence, who belongs to a community that reveres blackbucks, has promised to get vengeance on Khan.
Despite being in prison, Bishnoi is accused of carrying out multiple high-profile killings using his extensive network, including that of Punjabi musician Sidhu Mosiwala.
Amidst recent occurrences, Salman Khan has been assigned Y+ security, with a significant number of police officers positioned outside his home, while Mumbai Police has installed high-resolution surveillance cameras driven by AI and equipped with face recognition technology.
