Following the conclusion of the investigations, the Dubai Criminal Court ruled that Rawan Bin Hussain should be imprisoned for six months and fined twenty thousand dirhams. She would also be deported from the country upon completing her term.

“The Dubai Criminal Court sentenced Ms. (R.H.), a Gulf national, to six months in prison for the charges against her and fined her twenty thousand dirhams, as well as deportation from the country, with the referral of the civil suit to the competent civil court,” according to the ruling’s details, which were shared by the Dubai Government Media Office’s official account on the X platform.

The press release continued, “The aforementioned woman was arrested while she was drunk in a public place and caused a riot due to her drunkenness and assaulted members of the Dubai Police and directed obscene words at them while they were performing their duties, where the Dubai Public Prosecution ordered at that time to refer her and the criminal case to the Dubai Criminal Court to adjudicate the case.”

  • The Dubai Public Prosecution has disclosed that Rawan Bin Hussein was detained while intoxicated in a public setting, where she incited a riot, attacked Dubai Police officers while they were on duty, and hurled profanity at them. Despite circulating claims of abuse following her arrest, the Public Prosecution affirmed the legality of the actions taken against her.

Rowan’s behavior did not end there, according to sources, as she damaged a vase valued at 5,000 dirhams and took a piece of chocolate from one of the hotel’s closed stores. When a security guard stepped in to stop her, she spat on him and cursed at him.
