Pregnant Princess Rajwa dressed by Saudi designer for Jordan’s Silver Jubilee
Princess Rajwa Al Hussein – the wife of Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II – seemingly paid homage to her home country of Saudi Arabia when she donned a gown by Saudi designer Honayda Serafi at King Abdullah’s Silver Jubilee celebrations.
The princess, who is from Saudi Arabia, showed off her baby bump in the hand-embroidered red gown that was especially designed for the occasion.
“The House of HONAYDA is honored to be part of the special celebration of the 25th Silver Jubilee of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We are proud to unveil the regal bespoke look for HRH Princess Rajwa Al Hussein, specially designed by @honayda_serafi and crafted by the skilled hands of Jordanian artisans to crown this historic occasion,” the designer revealed in a caption on Instagram alongside a video of the dress.
“Designing for HRH Princess Rajwa Al Hussein fills us with immense pride and joy. Through HONAYDA, we immerse ourselves in the rich narrative of heritage, cherishing the past, present, and future of the nation,” the caption added.
Jordan on Sunday marked 25 years since King Abdullah II’s ascension to the throne.
Also in attendance was Queen Rania and several other members of the Jordanian royal family, as well as prominent country officials.
