TMZ has previously reported that Kim is evaluating her legal options. She is considering seeking that a judge dissolve Kanye’s shared lawful guardianship of their four children.
For the uninitiated, Andrew and Tristan Tate were detained in Romania in 2022 on accusations of running a criminal organisation. Andrew Tate is also charged with rape in Romania, and both brothers face sexual assault charges in the United States and the United Kingdom. Meanwhile, Sean is facing many counts of sexual harassment and sex trafficking.
