Hazal Kaya to play a police officer in new series!
It’s a great day for fans of Hazal Kaya as the actress is returning to Turkish drama screens in an upcoming series and is claimed to star as a detective, according to Teammy.
According to a report by journalist Birsen Altuntaş, Hazal Kaya will be playing a police officer in the upcoming series Sorgu Odası (Interrogation Room) which is being produced by Medyapım.
Medyapım is a Turkish production group founded in 1993 that has countless famous Turkish dramas under its sleeves including Bir Peri Masalı, Sadakatsiz, and more.

The series will consist of 10 episodes and will air on TOD by BeIn Connect, additionally, the filming will start production at the end of March 2024. According to Teammy, Hazal Kaya’s partner in crime will be announced later this week but no specific date was mentioned.
Hazal was set to play a lead role and star in a series called “Doors of Time” with her co-star possibly being Birkan Sokullu but it turns out she took the Sorgu Odası project instead.
The 33-year-old actress starred in many successful shows including the popular soap opera Forbidden Love which helped her rise to fame outside of Turkey, Midnight at the Pera Palace, Behzat Ç: An Ankara Detective Story, and more.
