Did Maram Ali get $700,000 to star in Al Kha’en series?
Syrian actress Maram Ali sparked a fuss online after rumors that she gained $700,000 for her part in the Al Kha’en series.
Maram Ali, 31, revealed earlier that she is the highest-paid actress among actresses in her generation.
The Syrian actress announced while being the host of the TV program “Ketab Al-Shuhra (translated: Book of Fame)”: “I am a first-class star and the highest-paid among the girls of my generation.”
When she was asked by the presenter about how much money she took for her role in the Al Kha’en series, Maram Ali didn’t reveal the real price.
The presenter Ali Yassine said that rumors claim that the prices for the roles ranged between $500,000 and $700,000. However, Ali said that it was way less than the amount he suggested.
The Al Kha’en series (translated: The Unfaithful), which is driven by the Turkish drama “Sadakatsız,” has replaced the Crystal series and it is aired on MBC and Shahid TV.

Al Kha’en series story
The events of the Arabic version of Al Kha’en revolve around betrayal, hatred, treachery and revenge. It tells the story of a female doctor who lives a happy life with her husband and their son, but her life turns upside down after she discovers that her husband has been having an affair with a beautiful young woman for two years.
The Al Kha’en series is being presented on MBC1 from Sunday to Thursday at 8 p.m. KSA time. It is also showcased on the Shahid platform.
