Babies born exactly UAE National Day in Abu Dhabi
As the nation commemorates the UAE National Day with pride and celebration, hospitals in Abu Dhabi embrace the arrival of newborn babies born exactly on time for this happy occasion.
A beautiful and heart-touching homage was paid by Palestinian couple Ashraf Khedr and Lmais Mohammed, as they celebrated the birth of their fourth child, Emarat, at 12:01 AM on Saturday. Dr. Mohammad Subhi Al Saad, a highly experienced Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist at Burjeel Royal Hospital in Al Ain, skillfully delivered the baby girl who weighed a healthy 2.900 kg.
Ashraf expressed his gratitude and joy, sharing, “We are overjoyed to welcome our fourth child, Emarat, and have named her in tribute to the UAE on this special National Day. This name holds significant meaning for us, just like our second son, Zayed, named after the UAE’s founding father.” Dr. Mohammad Subhi Al Saad warmly congratulated the proud parents on this cherished blessing.
In another heartwarming tribute to the UAE, Egyptian couple Manal Mohamed and Mahmoud Muhareb welcomed their newest addition, baby Zayed, exactly at 12:00 AM on UAE National Day. Weighing a healthy 3.810 kg, Zayed is their fifth child, adding an extra layer of significance to the family’s celebrations.
Emirati couple Amnah Yousuf Alblooshi and Mohamed Abdulla Aljanaahi also experienced tremendous joy as they celebrated the birth of their second child, Abdulla Mohamed Aljanaahi, at 12:01 AM on Saturday at Burjeel Hospital, Abu Dhabi. The proud parents, beaming with happiness, expressed, “We are immensely grateful to the Almighty for this beautiful child. Being Emiratis, his birth on the UAE National Day fills our hearts with great joy and pride.”
Dr. Khaled Omar, a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Burjeel Hospital, congratulated the family on the safe arrival of their little one. “We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the proud parents and welcome baby Abdulla, who was born on the UAE National Day, contributing to the legacy of joy and unity that defines this remarkable day in our nation’s history,” he said.
Chinese-Malaysian couple Wang Wan Xiu and Ren Wong celebrated the birth of their first daughter, Wong, after 10 years of marriage. Born at exactly 12:00 AM at Medeor Hospital in Abu Dhabi, the newborn brought immense joy to her parents and the medical staff. Dr. Richa Saini, a Specialist OB-GYN at Medeor Hospital, expressed their delight, saying, “Both mother and baby are doing well. It is a double celebration that Wong was born on UAE National Day. We share in their joy.”
Abu Dhabi’s Burjeel Medical City also played host to six babies, including four Emirati babies, adding to the excitement and significance of this memorable day.
