Andrew Tate accused of sexual assault by girlfriend Bri Stern

Controversial internet personality Andrew Tate, who recently went back to Romania to prove his “innocence” in a court hearing, is now being accused of alleged sexual assault by his girlfriend, Bri Stern.

Stern claims that Tate nearly choked her into unconsciousness during a violent sexual interaction on March 11 during their stay at a Beverly Hills hotel, according to sources with direct knowledge who said.

Moreover, Bri told the police that she had asked Andrew Tate multiple times to stop during the interaction. Still, the more she struggled, the more violent he became, adding that it didn’t stop until the controversial figure finished and went to sleep.

Once the incident ended, Bri Stern took photos of the aftermath, showcasing visible bruises on her face, which TMZ got hold of. She further claimed that she hadn’t felt safe until Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan travelled back to Romania to attend court, which prompted her to file a report to the police.

TMZ also obtained screenshots of Tate allegedly threatening to beat Stern up, adding that she “deserves it.” He added in the texts that if she ever betrays him, she will “regret it”.

This all came hours after Tate met with controversial American rapper Kanye West, who invited his daughter North West to the meet-up, but upon noticing, his ex-wife and fellow celebrity, Kim Kardashian, quickly stopped the interaction from happening.

The Tate brothers were recently granted entry to the US by President Donald Trump and made their way to Florida on February 27, via private jet. Since then, the two brothers have returned to Romania to prove their “innocence” after facing multiple accusations and house arrest since 2022.

Both brothers were arrested back in 2022 on crimes such as creating a criminal organization, rape, sexual assault, human trafficking, and money laundering, but have not been convicted of any by the time of reporting.
