Boxing fans call out Jake Paul for ‘rigged’ victory against Julio César Chávez Jr.

American influencer and professional boxer Jake Paul recently made headlines after copping the win against Julio César Chávez Jr. by unanimous decision after 10 rounds.

Similar to his match against Mike Tyson, Paul’s win sparked mixed reactions on social media, with several users claiming that the bout was fake and rigged. A social media user wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter), “These fights are fixed. Jake Paul paying these guys to not throw punches. This is pathetic. If you pay for this, you’re a chump.”

Another added, “I’m convinced that Jake Paul pays dudes to just stand still in the ring and try not to hit him.”
