Watch the FATAL accident caused by Fatima Al Momen

Kuwaiti fashionista Fatima Al Momen has been involved in a deadly car crash at dawn of last Thursday,  and resulted in the death of three people and the injury of others.

One week after the accident, Kuwaiti police have released the shocking video of the accident which occurred on Thursday 8/24/2023 at 3:17 am at the intersection of Al-Soor and King Fahd Bin Abdulaziz Roads.

Driving a white Bently and driving under influence, Fatima Al Moment crashed into another car and killed three men while injuring others.

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior decided to detain Fatima Al Momen for 10 days as a precautionary measure pending investigation, and to refer her to the Central Prison.

10 charges against Fatima Al Momen

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior accused the Kuwaiti fashionista with 10 charges after causing a deadly traffic accident that killed 3 people and injured others.

The ministry said in a statement that the ten charges brought against the fashionista, Fatima Al Momen, are:

1- Manslaughter
2- Injury by mistake
3- Driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs
4- Exceeding the prescribed speed limit
5- Exceeding a red light
6- Recklessly driving a vehicle
7- Driving a vehicle with invalid insurance
8- Driving a vehicle without carrying a vehicle driving license
9- Causing damage to the property of others
10- Damage to public property

The ministry added that the driver of the vehicle that caused the accident, as well as her escort, were referred to the General Department of Criminal Evidence to take samples, conduct the necessary tests, and hand them over to the investigation authority after showing their results. The vehicles were also seized for inspection by the Traffic Engineering Department and the technical expert. Those accused of the traffic accident have been detained pending investigation in accordance with the law.

The ministry revealed that the driver’s escort was released after being imprisoned for 4 days pending investigation in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedures and Trials, and an investigation committee was formed to investigate the circumstances of the case and the accompanying administrative procedures from the sectors concerned with receiving the traffic accident.
