Video: Two Indonesian Hospital doctors mourn killing of family members in Israeli strike
A video clip on the social media platform X, formerly Twitter, captured the moment doctors Mohammad al-Ran and Muayyad al-Ran received the news of the killing of their family members.
The former is the head of the surgery department at the Indonesian Hospital in northern Gaza.
Since Israel started bombarding Gaza on October 7 in response to the Hamas attack, the immediate family members of several doctors in the besieged Palestinian territory have been killed.
For days now, health officials in Gaza have warned that several hospitals could shut operations due to a fuel shortage brought about by the Israeli blockade.
