US trying to meddle in Russian election: Russia’s foreign spy service

President Vladimir Putin’s foreign intelligence service said on Monday that the United States was trying to meddle in Russia’s presidential election and that Washington even had plans to launch a cyber attack on the remote voting system.

Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) made the remarks in a statement reported by state media.
