Trump pushes for Prince Harry’s immigration records, raising deportation speculation
Trump criticized Prince Harry one year ago today for what he called a “unforgivable betrayal” of the late Queen Elizabeth II. He also criticized the way the Joe Biden administration handled the Duke of Sussex’s application for a US visa after he acknowledged using drugs.
The president told the Sunday Express: “I’m not going to protect him; he betrayed the queen. It’s unforgivable. I think they were very generous to him after what he did.”

A conservative think tank in Washington is pursuing the Duke of Sussex’s immigration documents through the legal system to determine whether he has previously acknowledged using drugs.
Despite the fact that his wife is American and his children hold dual citizenship, Trump had previously threatened to expel Prince Harry from the United States if it turned out that he had lied on his visa application.
Following the denial of their Freedom of Information Act request for Prince Harry’s immigration records, The Heritage Foundation filed a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security.

On September 23, Judge Carl Nichols decided that Harry’s documents should stay confidential, defeating the foundation’s argument that they were “of great public interest.”
Samuel Dewey, the foundation’s lawyer, submitted a second application to reverse the decision in October, claiming that making Prince Harry’s immigration file public would “help the public understand how the department operates and how its officials exercise their discretion.”
Trump was a huge admirer of the late Queen Elizabeth II and repeatedly pledged his allegiance to her, according to Hello magazine.
Along with his spouse, Meghan Markle, and their two kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, Prince Harry resides in Montecito. In 2020, they purchased their opulent property for $14.65 million, and its current valuation stands at $29 million.
