Queen Rania celebrates birthday of King Abdullah
Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah extended congratulations to His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Hussein on his 62nd birthday, which is celebrated today, Tuesday.
In a heartfelt message, she expressed, “Every day with you is a blessing! Happy birthday, Your Majesty.”
His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah conveyed congratulations to His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein on his 62nd birthday.
On his Instagram account, the Crown Prince expressed, “Warmest birthday wishes to His Majesty, our pillar of stability and strength. May your wisdom keep guiding us.”
In addition to his wishes, Prince Hussein shared video clips featuring moments with his Majesty, accompanied by heartfelt captions. He noted, “You taught me that Jordan is the family and the most beautiful of homelands,” adding, “You taught me how one should love his land and be devoted and loyal to it.”
Born in Amman in 1962, His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein pursued his education at Oxford University and the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
He received military education at Britain’s Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and had a distinguished military career, rising from first lieutenant to major general, ultimately serving as commander of Jordan’s special forces.
In February 1999, he ascended to the Throne of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan after the passing of his father, His Majesty King Hussein.
