‘Peeing’ scene in Walad Badia causes online storm
Since the start of the Ramadan season and the packages of Syrian drama series, all eyes were turned to one series “Walad Badia,” which has been making a great success after the release of only 3 episodes.
Walad Badia is a unique story that talks about the three children of a woman named Badia, played by Emarat Rizeq, and their fight for power and money in the face of their half-brother called Mukhtar, played by Mahmoud Nsr.
Walad Badia (Children of Badia) is a new Syrian series that began broadcasting in Ramadan 2024 and is directed by the greatest Syrian director Rasha Sharbatgy.

‘Peeing’ scene in Walad Badia causes online storm
Since episode one, Walad Badia has seen many explicit scenes, with the first being actress Leen Hherra being a prostitute and dancing in a club. The actress made some dancing moves that were considered seducing and were labelled as “inappropriate” by some fans.
The Walad Badia series is divided into two parts showing different eras and how the kids grew to become what they are now. In one of the clips, which caused wide controversy on social media, two kids, who were representing twin children of Badia; played by Yamen Hajali and Samer Ismail, as they were kids seen peeing on a man, while their father was caughting it on camera.
Many people were divided over the scene which was considered inappropriate by the audience.
Sulafa Mimar takes lights in Walad Badia
After finishing the Al Kaen series, which is the Arabic version of a Turkish series with the same name, Sulafa Mimar has stolen the attention with her newest character named Sukkar (Sugar) in Walad Badia.
Sulafa Mimar plays the role of a woman who is married and owns a nightclub. Her unique personality has gained wide positive reactions from fans who said she rocks in each role she takes.
