One Piece anime gets remake by Wit Studio!

WIT Studio which is behind many beloved anime series such as Attack On Titan and Spy X Family confirmed that it’s working on a new One Piece anime under the name of “THE ONE PIECE,” According to Crunchyroll. 

It was also confirmed that WIT will be working hand in hand with Netflix and will be starting from the East Blue Arc like Toei’s anime but with new production staffing.

In celebration of this news, WIT Studio took to social media platforms to share a teaser with One Piece fans showcasing an animator taking inspiration from the manga’s first chapters!

One Piece anime to get a remake by Wit Studio and Netflix

Fans shared their excitement for the news of the upcoming anime as WIT stu is known for its spectacular visuals and production quality as seen by its previous works including the first three seasons of Attack on Titan and their collaboration with Cloverworks to produce Spy x Family.

Netflix has been on a roll lately in producing shows for anime fans including the great One Piece live-action which Eihchiro Oda had a hand in, Pluto, Scott Pilgrim Takes Off, Yuyu Hakusho live-action, and more.

Although this is great news for One Piece fans, WIT and Netflix still haven’t announced the release date, additional staffing, and cast by the time of writing this article.
