Mohamed Ramadan goes bold for his Ramadan 2027 series ‘Ashmawy’

Egyptian actor and singer Mohamed Ramadan has appeared with a shaved head, coinciding with preparations to begin filming his new series, “Ashmawy”, which is scheduled to air during the Ramadan 2027 drama season.

The Egyptian star said a striking change in his appearance, going bold, is part of the final preparations for the project, with filming set to start soon.

Filming “Ashmawy” is set to begin in mid-October, ahead of its broadcast on MBC Masr during the Ramadan 2027 season.

Ramadan had previously shared some details about the series, noting the involvement of various creative team members and hinting at a surprise for the audience during the Ramadan 2027 season.

He confirmed that Hussein Assar is serving as the series’ director of photography, highlighting the participation of various behind-the-scenes professionals in the ongoing preparations.

Mohamed Ramadan continues his preparations for “Ashmawy” amidst audience anticipation regarding the character he will portray and the plot of the series, which is scheduled for release in Ramadan 2027.
