Car blast at entrance of neighborhood in Syrian capital, no reports of casualties: TV

An explosive device was planted in a car causing a blast at the entrance of the Mazzeh neighborhood in the Syrian capital Damascus, the pro-government Syria TV reported on Wednesday.

There have been no reports of casualties, Syria TV said.
