Başak sings Friends’ theme song, did she beat The Rembrandts?
Sen Çal Kapimi star Başak Gümülcinelioğlu shared a video where she sings the famous American series Friends’ theme song “I’ll be there for you”.
Başak, who starred next to Kerem Bürsin and Hande Erçel in Sen Çal Kapimi (Translated to: You Knock on My Door), stole the hearts of fans after performing Friends’ theme song which is originally for The Rembrandts.
Friends series “accompanies us in most parts of our lives!,” the Turkish actress and singer confirmed saying that the successful series has taken important parts in each person’s life.
She said: “I’ll be there for you” is the generic music of the famous “FRIENDS” series that we have watched for seasons, years, and generations, that we can memorize its lines, scenes, friendly conversations, and dining tables.”
What surprised fans the most was that Başak is planning to sing in different foreign languages as she asked her lovers to request their song in whichever language it is. “we’ll sing it,” Gümülcinelioğlu added.
