Al Pacino died once “I didn’t have a pulse,”
Al Pacino says he almost died following his COVID diagnosis.
The 84-year-old “Scarface” actor recently spoke to The New York Times about his terrifying 2020 COVID-19 episode, in which he passed out while fighting the virus. The interview was published on Saturday.
The actor opens up about his near-death experience while unwell, including the visions he had just before he believed he was going to die.
As I sat there in my home, I realized I had disappeared. “I didn’t have a pulse,” the actor from “The Godfather” said.
Pacino, who was suffering from a high temperature and dehydration, said, “I didn’t see the white light or anything.” There’s nothing there. It had never occurred to me before. Actors, though: “I died once” sounds fantastic. At the end of the day, what is it?
Pacino said he isn’t scared of death, even though it was a terrifying moment.
Also, Pacino thought back on his time as a dad and said that his kids are the reason he wants to “stick around a little longer if it’s possible.”
In June 2023, Roman Pacino, the actor’s son, was born to Noor Alfallah and him. Julie Marie, the actor’s daughter, is 34 years old. She was born to Jan Tarrant and the actor’s ex-girlfriend. Anton and Olivia, the actor’s twin daughters, are 23 years old. They were born to Beverly D’Angelo and the actor, respectively.
They still have a love relationship, but Pacino and girlfriend Alfallah recently worked out a custody arrangement in a Los Angeles courtroom after their baby was born.
According to a publicist for the actor, “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman.” Fox News Digital covered this at the time. “Many people are wondering whether they broke up or separated.” Their relationship has not ended.
