White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt shares baby shower photos

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt shared a glimpse into her baby shower celebrations on Thursday, as she prepares to welcome her second child.
In a social media post, Leavitt expressed gratitude to her friends for organizing the event, writing that she felt “blessed” and thankful for their support as she nears the birth of her baby girl.
“My beautiful friends threw me a beautiful baby shower, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I feel blessed to have so many strong and loving women in my life, and can’t believe we will welcome our little lady into the world in a few weeks,” she said on Instagram alongside a carousel of photos.
The images showed a pastel-themed gathering attended by close friends and family, with floral decorations and soft pink hues reflecting the upcoming arrival of her daughter.
Leavitt, 28, announced in December that she was expecting a baby girl in May, describing the news at the time as the “greatest Christmas gift” for her family. She already shares a son with her husband, businessman Nicholas Riccio.
“I am also extremely grateful to President Trump and our Chief of Staff Susie Wiles for their support, and for fostering a pro-family environment in the White House. 2026 is going to be a great year and I am so excited to be a girl mom!” she said in an Instagram post at the time.
Leavitt rose to prominence as one of the youngest White House press secretaries in US history, gaining national attention for her role in defending administration policies and engaging with the media.
