Mizkif sues Emiru, Asmongold and OTK over recent allegations

Controversial Twitch streamer Mizkif has reportedly filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Emiru, fellow content creator Asmongold, and Texas-based media outlet One True King (OTK), following allegations of abuse and sexual assault.

Aside from OTK, the streamer is also suing Talent Management and King Gaming Labs. According to Dexerto, Mizkif alleges that the group caused him “reputational harm, lost earnings, and emotional distress.”

This comes after fellow streamer and ex-girlfriend Emriu went live on Twitch on October 25 and accused Mizkif of sexual assault, abuse, stalking, and blackmail. Mizkif denied these allegations in the lawsuit despite the content creator admitting during a livestream that he was controlling and inappropriate during the relationship.

During the stream, Mizkif also accused Emiru of mistreating her pet rabbits, further blaming her for their death.

The accusations also led to the Twitch streamer’s departure from OTK despite being one of the company’s co-founders alongside Asmongold, Esfand, Rich Campbell, and Tips Out. He accused OTK of wrongful termination

Social media was flooded with videos, posts, and fellow streamers siding with Emiru against Mizkif.

Content creator Legal Mindset wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “Mizkif is going to lose this lawsuit so hilariously, I will need to supersize my popcorn for this one. He has opened himself up to complete reputational destruction while suffering the pain of discovery and legal fees.”

Tectone, a former member of OTK and also a content creator wrote on X, “MIZ IS SUING EMI AND ZACK???? BRO JUST RETIRE LIL PUP DAMN YOU AINT WINNING THAT SH*T.”
