Russia’s drone attack kills 12-year-old girl in Dnipropetrovsk region: Ukraine

A Russian drone strike overnight killed a 12-year-old girl and injured her parents in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region, the country’s emergency service said Tuesday.
Rescue workers pulled another child from under the rubble, the service added in a social media post.
Russia launched 100 drones in overnight attacks targeting Ukraine, the Ukrainian air force said.
According to a statement posted on Telegram, Ukrainian forces shot down 37 drones, while another 47 disappeared from radar — typically the result of being jammed by electronic warfare systems.
The attacks caused damage in the Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kyiv regions, the air force said.
