Prince Harry US visa case takes shocking turn as judge announces decision and trump breaks silence

Following the issuance of a new ruling in his US visa immigration case, Prince Harry appears to be facing significant challenges.

The application for a visa submitted by the Duke of Sussex was called into question after the royal author revealed in his memoir, Spare, that he had used drugs for recreational purposes. The matter has been pursued by The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, to expose Harry’s visa files to the public to determine whether or not he lied on the application and was given a favor by former President Biden.

The investigation, which had been officially concluded in September, was reopened once more just a few weeks after Donald Trump was inaugurated as the new President of the United States of America.

According to the most recent information, Judge Carl Nichols had issued a ruling instructing that the immigration papers of Prince Harry must be made public by Tuesday.

The deadline was established by the judge because it will provide “the clearest indication yet as to whether the Duke of Sussex lied on his immigration paperwork.”

Because the judge has determined that the redacted form of the documentation is “appropriate,” the Department of Homeland Security is being compelled to release the version of the paperwork that has been redacted.

There is still a lack of clarity regarding the contents of the secret compartment. On the other hand, lawyers for the Department of Homeland Security have previously claimed that “three items will be released with redactions, but a fourth must remain private.”

While everything is going on, Harry’s staff has consistently confirmed that he was “truthful” in his application.

The news comes after Trump, who has clarified it that he does not like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, revealed that he would not deport the younger son of King Charles. Both of these statements have been made public.
