Katy Perry nearly hit by electrical sparks after Jimmy Kimmel Live taping

Katy Perry had a close call with electrical sparks after filming Jimmy Kimmel Live, startling fans as she signed autographs. Fortunately, she remained unharmed despite the incident.

After she finished taping her episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, Katy Perry came into contact with electrical sparks that almost hurt her. This incident took place on Wednesday, and it was an uncommon occurrence. Katy Perry was signing autographs for some of her fans at the time.

Immediately following the conclusion of her late-night talk show, Perry was making her way down a barrier when an electrical transformer was accidentally touched.

Perry replied promptly to the occurrence, and her reaction was rapid. She appeared to be unharmed, as a video that emerged on social media showed sparks flying toward Katy as she leaned over. This reminded fans of the words to her hit song “Fireworks,” which was released in 2010.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, a witness stated, “She was good. Immediately after the sparks went off, they dragged her away from the area and placed her in the vehicle. She continued to communicate with the supporters while rolling down the window of the passenger car.

The electrical sparks hurt a member of the crowd, causing a portion of his coat to catch fire. However, no audience members reported significant injuries.

In order to promote her upcoming “The Lifetimes Tour,” which will begin on April 23 in Mexico City and is scheduled to conclude on November 7 in France, Perry made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Katy will perform at the L.A. FireAid concert today alongside several other celebrities. This is a relief concert for those who have been affected by the disastrous wildfires that ripped over significant portions of Los Angeles earlier this month.
