According to the court documents filed in Manhattan federal court, the music mogul is also attempting to influence potential jurors, as evidenced by the recordings of his phone calls from prison.

The prosecution claims that one of the attempts involved persuading his family to start a planned social media campaign around his birthday.

Their allegations state that Combs, a 55-year-old man, began breaking the rules shortly after his arrest in September.

The prosecution has opposed the star’s third bail request. It comes with a surety proposition worth forty million pounds.

This coming week, there will be a hearing in New York.

He denies employing blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, arson, and beatings, to silence victims. He also denies using accomplices to coerce and abuse women. He also denies using violence to silence victims. His attorneys attempted to comment, but they did not react.

Prosecutors claim that Combs was responsible for throwing wild parties that he referred to as “freak offs.” During these parties, he would fly in sex workers for days of boisterous activities.

On the other hand, the indictment charge states that workers would use money to intimidate and persuade them into engaging in harmful, nonconsensual behavior once they arrived at the party.

According to the allegations made by the prosecution, Combs organized and directed these gatherings in part so that he could record sexual acts while he was masturbating.

The indictment claims that after several days of nonstop drug use and drinking, participants often received intravenous bags to aid in their recovery.

Federal investigators found significant pieces of evidence during their raids of the rapper’s homes in Miami Beach, Florida, and Los Angeles, Massachusetts, according to the indictment.

The indictment stated that the rapper had a total of one thousand bottles of lubricant and baby oil in his two homes, in addition to a stash of drugs used during the sex parties.

The indictment states that the agents found an additional drum magazine and three AR-15s with tampered serial numbers.

The attorney for Combs, however, has made a statement in which he asserts that the police are targeting the sick rapper because of his race.

According to attorney Marc Agnifilo, who spoke with TMZ, the federal government is only interested in bringing Combs down because he is a “successful black man.”

According to him, the investigators were unable to locate anything that was related to his business or taxes, so they were forced to investigate elsewhere, specifically in his bedroom.
