Kim Kardashian lawyer issues cease-and-desist over claims linking her to FBI investigation in Diddy case

An anonymous user said that Kim Kardashian was the subject of an FBI investigation after the arrest of Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Recently, a user on X uploaded a video in which they claimed that Kim Kardashian was the focus of an FBI investigation and had been involved in Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ infamous videos.

After his arrest in Manhattan on Monday night, authorities eventually filed several charges against Diddy, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to participate in prostitution.

His ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed the first lawsuit against him, accusing him of sexual assault and violence, which led to his arrest.

X users circulated a post with Christina Davis’s (the SKIMS owner’s lawyer) cease-and-desist order. The individual received the email order after their post, in which they stated that Kim was the subject of an FBI investigation due to her involvement in Diddy’s notorious music videos. In addition to her involvement in the infamous recordings, the user alleged that the millionaire was also involved in extortion and drugging men.

“Kim Kardashian’s lawyer served me a cease and desist order following the publication of a video that implied she could be the subject of an FBI investigation regarding blackmail, drugging men, and potentially her involvement in the now-infamous Diddy tapes,” the post stated.

The user has said these orders are “nothing” and they will keep speaking out. “Nothing can stop what’s about to unfold—their threats and intimidation are pointless,” the caption said. My abrupt silence does not indicate that I am contemplating suicide. A caption reading, “I’ve now become a target of Balenciaga’s most powerful partner,” accompanied the photo.

“I am writing to demand that you immediately cease and desist from publishing false and defamatory statements on the X account @ShadowofEzra about my client,” the purported injunction from Kim’s lawyer said. The purported injunction further stated that the user’s previous post prompted the issuance of the order.

It went on to say that your claims that Ms. Kardashian is a criminal or is being investigated for a crime are completely unfounded and unlawful. Furthermore, it issued a warning, stating that “Ms. Kardashian will pursue legal action for your defamatory statements” unless she immediately deleted the video blaming Kim.
