Zendaya and Tom Holland’s risky rendezvous at the Louvre: A celebrity lifestyle unveiled
Being a young actor was stressful for Zendaya, and she says she worried that people would stop caring about her if she didn’t always deliver.
In an interview for a joint cover issue of Vogue and British Vogue, the 27-year-old revealed a little-known detail about her secret affair with Holland. She recalled a trip to Paris in the autumn of 2022, when the couple’s plans to see the Louvre were almost ruined by the overwhelming number of visitors.
The Marvel actors were warned, “It’s already busy,” Zendaya stated. Avoid exacerbating the situation. However, they still went on their museum date, unfazed by the fact that they were famous.
The couple’s photo op beside the Mona Lisa and in the Louvre, holding hands, went viral, so fans will probably remember this day. Thankfully, it didn’t derail their outing to the fullest.
Later that day, the museum officials granted them special permission to loiter and stroll around after closure, thanks to their famous status. The event was “uniquely cool,” she remarked. I felt like I was in Night at the Museum.
Both of Zendaya’s most successful acting performances to date—”Euphoria” on HBO, for which she received two Emmys for best lead actress in a drama series, and three “Spider-Man” films from Marvel Studios—share a common thread: high school. But for her next picture, “Challengers” by Luca Guadagnino, Zendaya will be portraying a mother in her early 30s in addition to her role as a tennis prodigy.
“Challengers” was a “refreshing” departure for the actor from his high school parts, he noted. It was nerve-wracking because I kept thinking, “I hope people buy me as my own age, or maybe a little bit older, because I have friends that have kids or are having kids.”
