The Creator is an original sci-fi movie by Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’s co-producer, Kiri Hart, and director, Gareth Edwards.

It tells the story of the world in the future, where humans are in a war against artificial intelligence. A retired special forces soldier called Joshua goes on a mission with his team to stop a world-ending weapon but to their surprise, it’s taken the form of a child.

2) The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes (Lionsgate) – Nov. 17, 2023

The Hunger Games will be back on the 7th of November with its fifth installment and a totally new cast of characters.

It will follow District 12’s female tribute for the 10th Hunger Games, Lucy Gray Baird, and her journey with 18-year-old Coriolanus Snow as her mentor.

3) Killers of the Flower Moon (Apple TV+, Paramount) – Oct. 20, 2023

Killers of the Flower Moon is an Apple original project with an insane cast including Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Brendan Fraser, and more.

It will be based in the 1920s and tell the story of the Osage Native American tribe in the United States who got murdered mysteriously sparking a major FBI investigation.

4) Wonka (Warner Bros.) – Dec. 8, 2023

The famous chocolatier Wonka is back as Timothée Chalamet!

Wonka will focus on young Willy and his adventures in how he met the Oompa-Loompas. Al Bawaba found it absolutely hilarious that Hugh Grant is playing one of the Oompa-Loompas.

The movie will be directed by Paul King and stars Timothée Chalamet, Hugh Grant, Rowan Atkinson, Keegan-Michael Key, Olivia Colman, and more.

5) Next Goal Wins (Searchlight Pictures) – Nov. 17, 2023

Next Goal Wins is Taika Waititi’s next movie, it tells the story of a Dutch football coach who tries to turn the tides for an American Samoa football team that is known for brutally losing 31-0 in a 2001 Fifa match.

The movie will star Taika Waititi, Michael Fassbender, and Rachel House who starred in many Taika movies before such as the spectacular Hunt for the Wilderpeople.

6) Saw X (Lionsgate) – Sept.28, 2023

Saw is looking as gory as ever with its 10th installment! Fans of the series will be happy to know that John Kramer is returning as Tobin Bell.

Saw X will be set in Mexico this time and it will explore Jigsaw’s most personal game yet. According to IMDB, it will be set in between Saw l and ll where a sick man called John travels to Mexico in hopes of finding a cure for his disease only to be welcomed with traps.

8) Ferrari ( STX, Neon) – Nov. 30, 2023

With Ford v Ferrari’s massive success, it was not surprising that Neon announced that Enzo Ferrari’s auto empire was getting a movie of its own.

It tells the story of the ex-racer who turned into Ferrari’s entrepreneur when he built a team of drivers to participate in the Mille Miglia, Italy’s treacherous 1,000-mile race in 1957.

The movie is directed by Michael Mann and will star Shailene Woodley, Adam Driver, Sarah Gadon, and more.
