World’s tallest branded residential clocktower unveiled in Dubai
The UAE-based developer London Gate, along with Franck Muller, the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer, unveiled in Dubai on Tuesday what they described as the world’s tallest branded residential clocktower.
Caled the “Franck Muller Aeternitas,” the 450-meter tall tower will be crowned by a Franck Muller clock, and come up in the heart of Dubai Marina, offering breathtaking panoramic views.
According to the developers, the handover of Franck Muller Aeternitas is targeted to be in Q2 2027, with a sales value estimated at over $544 million (Dh 2 billion).
Franck Muller Aeternitas will be 106 floors tall and house an exclusive range of residences by London Gate with prices starting at Dh 1.6 million. The developer has partnered with One Broker Group to introduce a flexible payment plan with a 40/60 structure, ensuring accessibility to this prime waterfront address.
Franck Muller Aeternitas tower “will offer unparalleled views of the Dubai Marina,” said Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, at the launch ceremony. “We are committed to continue bringing the best-in-class residential projects to Dubai by rolling out exclusive properties worth over Dh 8 billion this year in Dubai.”
