Will Smith read the Quran from cover to cover
American actor and Hollywood star Will Smith took the internet by storm especially in the Middle East after claiming in a video that he read the Holy Quran from “Cover to Cover”.
Will Smith revealed the surprising news to an Arab journalist named Amr Adeeb and stated that he was influenced by the story of prophet Moses and discovered that the “Connection between holy books has not been severed.”
The Holywood star was a guest on Amr Adeeb’s “Big Time Podcast” which can be watched on Shahid and the host asked several interesting questions about Will’s long and interesting life during his acting career.
Fun Fact: Will Smith used to rap as well back in the day and wrote songs such as “Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It”.

The fresh prince revealed that he was reading the entirety of the Quran during the current holy month of Ramadan making him the talk of the internet.
Smith revealed that the last two years of his life were difficult, which resulted in him thinking about his inner self and pointed out that he read all the holy books (Referring to the Bible, Torah, and the Quran. Host Amr added that several people “misunderstand” the holy book.
He said, “I read the Qur’an from cover to cover during the month of Ramadan that year.”
“I was impressed by the simplicity… The Quran is simple and things in it are very clear like glass… and it is very difficult to come up with any misunderstanding after reading it”.
