Virginia Giuffre, Epstein survivor who sued Prince Andrew, dies by suicide at 41

Virginia Giuffre, key Epstein accuser, dies by suicide at 41.
One of the most well-known survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes, Virginia Giuffre, met a horrible end when her family revealed that she had committed suicide at the age of 41 at her Western Australian farm.
In a statement, her family called her “a fierce warrior and a light to many survivors,” highlighting the fact that she had been a victim of human trafficking and sexual assault all of her life until she made the decision to put an end to her suffering. At her house near Perth, Australia, authorities discovered Virginia unconscious and immediately declared her dead. Police said that her death was “not suspicious.”

In 2021, Virginia, a mother of three, made headlines throughout the world when she sued Prince Andrew of Britain, claiming he had sexually assaulted her when she was just 17. She disclosed that between 1999 and 2002, she was compelled to meet the prince in New York, London, and on Epstein’s private island. An out-of-court settlement was reached after the US court refused to dismiss the case, despite the prince’s repeated claims that he knew her.
Without the prince acknowledging the accusations, the lawsuit reportedly led to a cash settlement worth about 12 million pounds (about 15.2 million US dollars). In addition to another monetary settlement with Ghislaine Maxwell following her accusation of lying, Virginia also obtained further money from the Epstein Victims Money Scheme.
Virginia was legally married to Robert Giuffre at the time of her death; therefore, he was the first heir to her fortune under Australian law, even though they had separated last year. A court dispute between her ex-husband and her US-based relatives over custody of the millions she left behind is anticipated to break out, according to sources in the Mirror.
The tense relationship between Virginia and her ex-husband before her untimely death was reflected in the legal action she was facing recently for allegedly violating a restraining order against him via text message.
