Ukraine says it struck Russian oil refinery, two tankers

Ukraine’s military said on Friday it struck a Russian oil refinery in the Yaroslavl region on Thursday.

The general staff said on the Telegram app that the attack resulted in fires at Slavneft-YANOS refinery.

A gas carrier and a tanker were also hit in the Black Sea, it added.
