Trump’s ‘Beast’ car attracts attention in Doha
US President Donald Trump is currently on a tour of the Middle East and Gulf countries. He is accompanied by his official state car, known as “The Beast,” also referred to as Cadillac One, First Car, or Stagecoach, which first debuted in September 2018.
Upon Trump’s arrival in Doha, the capital of Qatar, the Beast was greeted and escorted by Tesla Cybertrucks, a battery-electric, full-size pickup truck manufactured by Tesla, and the Qatari police fleet.
Laura Ingraham, an American journalist and television presenter, stated: “Qatar’s police are now rolling in red Tesla Cybertrucks. Elon Musk ’s ride of the future just became the official motorcade escort. Even the cops love Tesla.”
Notably, Tesla’s Cybertruck was first launched in the US market in late 2023. The vehicle features a body made of 3mm-thick stainless steel, giving it high resistance to shock and corrosion. It is also said to be capable of withstanding 9mm bullets.
On the other hand, Trump’s “Beast” car weighs between eight and ten tons. Its body is made of eight-inch armor plating, with armored floor panels designed to protect against potential bomb blasts. Sources say there is more than one “Beast,” almost two identical versions of the same car, each valued at nearly $1.5 million. However, GM is said to have spent around $15 million on research and development for Donald Trump’s 2018 Beast.
Other sources revealed that Trump’s “Beast” always carries a matching blood supply for the President in case of emergencies.
