Tiffany Haddish arrested for DUI after falling asleep at the wheel in Beverly Hills

Comedian and actress Tiffany Haddish found herself in legal trouble after an unfortunate incident in Beverly Hills.

The incident occurred in the early hours the morning, leaving fans and followers surprised and concerned.

According to reports, Haddish was behind the wheel when she allegedly fell asleep while driving.

The Beverly Hills Police Department responded to a call about a vehicle stopped in the middle of the street. Upon arrival, they discovered Haddish in her car, seemingly asleep. The officers suspected that she had been smoking marijuana, leading to her arrest on charges of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and improper stopping on a roadway.

Despite the serious nature of the situation, Haddish maintained her upbeat spirit. Her mugshot even captured her smiling, a surprising reaction given the circumstances. She was released from police custody after posting bail of $1,666 around 6:30 a.m. local time.

This incident comes on the heels of a series of personal losses for Haddish. She recently mourned the passing of her friend, actor and comedian Bob Saget, who left a lasting impact on her life. In an emotional Instagram tribute, Haddish expressed her admiration and gratitude for Saget’s influence.
