Riyadh Air launches new test flight with Boeing aircraft

Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh Air launched its first test flight with a Boeing 787-9 on Tuesday.
“To the sky it goes. Our first 787-9 aircraft took off today for its initial B1 test flight with @BoeingAirplanes pilots, marking a key step toward operational readiness,” Riyadh Air said in a post on X.
The second carrier of Saudi Arabia after national airline Saudia launched operations on October 26, as its inaugural flight landed at London’s Heathrow Airport.
