Prince William provides update on Kate Middleton’s health amid ongoing Cancer battle
This Thursday, almost three months after Kate Middleton confirmed her cancer diagnosis, Prince William provided an update on her condition.
On Wednesday, the Prince of Wales delivered a reading in Portsmouth, England, as part of a commemorative ceremony commemorating the historic day. This day, June 6, marks the beginning of operations that would ultimately lead to the conclusion of World War II.
A war veteran who served eight decades ago inquired of William if Kate was “getting any better” after she disclosed her cancer diagnosis in a March 22 video message.
Her condition has improved; therefore, I’m grateful. William seems to have informed the guy that she would have liked to be present today.
Kate, who is married to William and has three children from a previous relationship, revealed her cancer diagnosis and subsequent abdominal surgery in a March video message.
Nobody knows what kind of cancer it is. Kensington Palace has confirmed that Kate began her preventive chemotherapy in late February.
Since the announcement of her illness, Kate has made an effort to avoid the spotlight. The palace has said that she will not resume official activities until she receives the go-ahead from her medical team.
William also took a brief break from his public obligations shortly after the public announcement of Kate’s prognosis. Midway through April, he returned to work by visiting a Surrey charity, where the volunteers greeted him with cards filled with well-wishes for Kate.
King Charles III, William’s father, was also afflicted with cancer this year, so he stepped in to honor the 80th anniversary of D-Day.
William attended the worldwide commemoration event at Omaha Beach on Thursday in place of Charles, who was not present.
