The fans, who call themselves Army, have been eagerly waiting for any updates on their idols’ whereabouts and well-being.
Their wait was finally rewarded when the first photos of Jimin and Jungkook from the military training camp surfaced on the internet.

The Army fans were overjoyed to see their favorite stars looking healthy and happy. They flooded the posts with comments, expressing their love and support for Jimin and Jungkook.
Some of the comments were:
“Finally we got the first pic. He (Jungkook) looks fine. Everyone is busy writing, but he is busy listening. He just memorises.”
“Finally got a glimpse of them. They look so good in uniform. I’m so proud of them.”
“Hope all the boys are dealing well with the changes. Hope they are getting all the support they need. The idea of where Jungkook and Jimin may go after training scares me. They are not on holiday, as some seem to think. They are not the idols.”
Jimin and Jungkook are the youngest members of BTS, which consists of seven members: Kim Seok-Jin, J-hope, Kim Taehyung, Suga, Kim-Namjoon, Jimin and Jungkook. They have been dominating the global music scene with their catchy songs, stunning performances, and social messages. They have won numerous awards, including four Billboard Music Awards, two American Music Awards, and a Grammy nomination.
In South Korea, all able-bodied men are required to complete the military service of about two years. BTS members have been enlisting one by one, starting from the oldest member Jin in 2021. The latest ones to join the military were Taehyung and Namjoon, who enlisted on December 11, 2023, followed by Jimin and Jungkook the next day.
The Army fans have been showing their loyalty and devotion to BTS, even in their absence. They have been streaming their songs, watching their videos, and sending them letters and gifts. They have also been raising funds and donating to various causes in the name of BTS.
The fans are looking forward to the day when BTS will reunite as a group, which is expected to be in 2025, after all the members finish their military service.
