The football star took to his official social media and posted a photo of him using the red-bulb therapy bed. Moreover, he captioned it with, “Red light bed. Happy Monday!” The bed in question seems to prevent injuries and muscle recovery.
It does that by using technology that sends rays of light into tissues and joints. Adding to his bizarre methods of self-care, Haaland drinks a self-proclaimed “Magic potion” which is a drink that mixes spinach with milk.
Moreover, he has a daily strict diet of 6,000 calories and only drinks water “through a complicated filter system,” as reported by The Sun.
