Kensington Palace confirms Princess Kate receives cancer treatment in UK, not US

Princess Kate is not receiving cancer treatment in the US, according to a statement from Kensington Palace.

A spokeswoman for the palace dismissed the rumors as “incorrect” and stated categorically that Princess Kate is really getting medical care in the UK.

Rumors began circulating online that the Princess of Wales was undergoing treatment at the world-renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, prompting these remarks.

Because Princess Kate has been so focused on her health and treatment since last December, the palace has vehemently refuted this accusation.

On December 25, Princess Kate attended Christmas morning Mass at Sandringham with other members of the royal family, marking her last public appearance. Since then, she has been absent from the group.

The British artist Hannah Ozor painted the Princess of Wales two months after she revealed her cancer diagnosis, and the British magazine “Tatler” featured it on its cover in its July issue.

The British magazine claimed that Kate’s first official appearance under King Charles’s rule at Buckingham Palace in November 2022, where she later wore a dress by British designer Jenny Packham, a bracelet belonging to Queen Elizabeth II, and earrings belonging to Princess Diana, served as the inspiration for the “portrait.”.

Despite the magazine’s clarification, the British did not approve of the portrait; they questioned the resemblance between him and the British Princess, doubted that the picture belonged to her, and underlined that it did not at all resemble her. Others believed the picture would worsen Middleton’s psychological state because they only knew her from her dress.
