Is Afra Saraçoğlu leaving Yalı Çapkını and who is replacing her?
Allegations emerged that Turkish famous actress Afra Saraçoğlu will be leaving the Turkish series Yalı Çapkını (translated as The Kingfisher).
According to rumors, the character that Afra Saraçoğlu is playing in the series will meet its final road and the Turkish star will be going with it.
Afra Saraçoğlu is playing the role of a woman named Seyran Korhan who is married to Ferit, a character played by Turkish actor Mert Ramazan Demir.
It is worth mentioning that Yalı Çapkını has a wide audience for its controversial story. Circulated news, whose source was unknown, talked about the end of Seyran character in the series.
Sources allegedly claimed that Afra Saraçoğlu’s character is expected to end with Seyran’s death, which triggered anger among fans who said it would be unacceptable, considering it a not positive step, especially since she is one of the main characters in the series.
In contrast, many of the public confirmed that the allegations are not true and they’re only rumors, adding that there are many reports about more stars joining the work who are supposed to be Seyran’s colleagues at the university, which denies the news of the character’s end.
The second season of the work is currently being screened on MBC, simultaneously with its showing in Turkey.
