GTA streamer arrested for child human trafficking

 A Twitch streamer named  Zavian ‘WaterHimself’ Leon Jones was recently arrested in Kentucky, United States for human trafficking, and having sexual activity with a minor after the police started an investigation, according to Dexerto. 

The ex-Twitch partner was arrested on Jan. 22, 2024, after the Indiana State Police Department issued an out-of-state warrant on his house. Zavian was known for roleplaying a child in GTA V’s popular RP servers which usually included gamers roleplaying jobs including police, gangsters, and more.

According to reports from Fox, the 23-year-old streamer was accused of being in inappropriate contact with a minor online. The arrest warrant was issued due to him trafficking a minor under 12, having sexual activity with a 16-year-old, and acquiring four minors electronically.

Dexerto reported that the alleged crimes took place between October and November 2023. By the time of writing this article, Jones’ Twitch account had been banned following a message that reads “This channel is currently unavailable due to a violation of Twitch’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.”

Users on X (formerly Twitter) had a lot to say about the matter in question:

“Hide your kids”.

“Bro is actually a real-life villain”.

“This is insane. I never liked him and would stay away from him in RP and communities. He always gave me off vibes in and out of RP.”

The streamer was taken to jail and is now awaiting deportation from Kentucky.
