Giancarlo Esposito’s enigmatic Marvel role: heroic Blue Marvel or villainous Kang the conqueror

For years, people have speculated that Breaking Bad actor Giancarlo Esposito will join the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), but his exact role is still unknown.

According to Collider, Esposito revealed his casting in an upcoming superhero film during a recent CCXP event. The actor, who often portrays terrifying villains in popular culture, was once fan-cast to play Charles Xavier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Now he’s saying that, contrary to what fans may have thought, he’ll appear in Marvel’s vast hero world as someone else. For the time being, all Esposito can say is that, “sooner rather than later,” we’ll find out more about his position, and that it will be “better than you can imagine.”

Esposito confirmed his unknown position in the Marvel Cinematic Universe at a discussion at CCXP Mexico (via Collider). This is not Charles Xavier, the actor said; he was once fancast in that role. As Esposito promised, he would make an appearance “sooner rather than later,” and the news is “better than you can imagine.” Playing a big villain in the MCU would be a natural fit for the actor’s career. Having said that, Esposito would want to bring a Marvel hero to life, and he wanted to do something new this time around, so he played Charles Xavier.

Esposito has stated his intention to portray Charles Xavier in a Marvel Cinematic Universe film. The actor may not be playing Professor X, but he has a number of intriguing individuals in mind who may fill his mysterious position. Given his desire to play a heroic character, the actor may excel in a role similar to Blue Marvel. Esposito said. The character is very intelligent and has a strong will, much like Esposito’s previous roles. This gives him the ability to portray a hero who is among the most powerful and intelligent in the MCU.

Even while the actor may have landed his dream part—playing a Marvel hero—his career and references to a position that fans can’t even begin to fathom suggest that Esposito may have been hired as a villain in the Multiverse Saga. The departure of Jonathan Majors from the franchise leaves the MCU without a significant opponent for its heroes. Like Majors, Esposito could portray Kang the Conqueror and his variations with his acting chops, giving each version its own distinct personality.

Meanwhile, Parish, an AMC crime drama, has had the actor as its lead. Even though the program has split reviewers and fans, Esposito has been receiving a lot of acclaim for his portrayal, as usual. The revamped series, which is based on the BBC drama The Driver, has received mixed reviews from critics and viewers alike, with a Tomatometer approval rating of 30% and a 76% audience rating, respectively. The most common gripe seems to be that the tale has grown well beyond its basic idea, with several new characters and themes that detract from the overall quality.
