Andor vs Ahsoka, Who is better?
Disney+’s Ahsoka reached its finale today on Oct. 4, 2023, and fans took to social media platforms to express their opinions on the latest series from the Star Wars franchise.
Some fans took to X (formerly known as Twitter) and started a debate on which is the better series between Andor and Ahsoka.
To start with, they are both amazing series in their own right but Al Bawaba believes that there is a clear winner here.
Both series can be watched legally and officially on Disney+ although Middle Eastern users reported facing issues with logging in using their bizarre mobile phone OTP method.

Both series have been a great addition to the Star Wars franchise and are loved by many fans alike.
Andor is a prequel to Star Wars Rogue One that tells the story of Cassian Andor’s life, a rebel spy destined for the Rebellion’s cause of defeating the Empire.
Fans called the series a “new hope” for the Star Wars franchise because of its gripping story and Diego Luna’s excellent portrayal of the Rebellion spy, Andor.
We believe Andor is special as well because he’s a human being without any special powers, unlike the Jedi, attempting to survive in a gritty and unforgiving Star Wars world making him a relatable and likable character, especially with its more mature take on the franchise.
The empire felt very menacing and ruthless in the series adding to the world’s gritty and unforgiving nature.

Ahsoka on the other hand, is a typical Star Wars series that did much better than the recent movies by Disney, but that doesn’t mean it’s bad, it’s just not as great as Andor, let us explain:
It tells the story of one of Star Wars’ favorite Jedi, Ahsoka Tano who is forced to investigate an ongoing threat to a vulnerable galaxy.
The series relied a lot on previous animated series such as Star Wars Rebels and The Clone Wars which are both excellent series to add to your watch list but are quite long which is a commitment on its own.

Ahsoka should have continued as an animated series like its previous predecessors and could have benefited from more episodes. The show had too many unanswered questions and too much going on, they said.
Andor also benefits from being a standalone story and a prequel to Rogue One while Ahsoka depends on its predecessors as mentioned above.
Take in mind that we think both series are great but are aimed at different audiences.
