Airlines should still avoid Iranian airspace, EU agency says

Airlines should continue to avoid the airspace over Iran, Iraq and Lebanon and remain cautious across the region due to uncertainty surrounding the sustainability of a ceasefire and possibility of rapid escalation, the EU aviation safety agency EASA said.
EASA said it was extending its conflict-zone advisory for the region until July 8, after previously extending it to July 1.
Since the signing of the US-Iran deal, both sides have traded sporadic fire.
